We want to thank Sam and Ron/Rodger/Richard, Ray and Roy 😂 for an amazing stay at Cornwall. A lovely, friendly couple with great knowledge of the area. When you ask for something nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views, the room was amazing and the breakfast was fantastic especially the home made granola! Just come home from a truly wonderful stay at the Mevagissey Bay hotel. The view of the bay from the terrace/lounge definitely has the wow factor and the serenity is very relaxing. Sam and Roy were the perfect hosts, very warm and friendly and gave us great recommendations of coastal walks to beautiful beaches. Our room had an incredible sea view, I’d never tire of looking at it. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge (great shower and his & hers sinks). The breakfasts were very tasty and I particularly liked the hand-made granola and fruit, as well as avocado and poached egg on toast. Mevagissey itself is lovely, lots of great places to eat, pubs and shops. Thanks for an amazing break, we’d love to come back again.

Great little hotel with very nice rooms and great service from Sam and Ray. The location has a beautiful outlook over the bay and is the very top of Polkritt Hill. This is very steep and a nihhtmare to drive up. However sam advised us of a longer but easier route.

Just got back from a wonderful stay at the Megagissey Bay Hotel.  Sam and Roy are fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome from the time we checked in. Gorgeous views, fantastic room (number 11), great terrace area which was great for chatting with Sam, Roy and the other guests. Thank you Sam and Roy for the lovely stay, fantastic food, warm hospitality and all the extras you did for us to make our anniversary special. We will definitely be back.
