The Mevagissey Bay Breakfast
Start your day the Cornish way with a plentiful, delicious breakfast. Included in your room rate, you can choose from an à la carte cooked breakfast or help yourself to our generous continental selection.
We pride ourselves on using top-quality ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. Our eggs are locally sourced, and our sausages and bacon come from James Kittow, a local butcher in Par. Enjoy Cornish tea and coffee, homemade granola, porridge, fresh pastries, cereals, yoghurt, and fresh fruit.
Our light and airy dining room offers gorgeous views, and the décor, inspired by our Cotswold heritage, creates a welcoming space for a relaxed start to your day.
We cater for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets, ensuring everyone can enjoy a satisfying breakfast.
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00am – 9:30am.
Cream Teas
Every afternoon, we offer a delightful selection of homemade scones and sweet treats.
Afternoon service takes place on our decked terrace or in the bar, both enjoying breathtaking views across Mevagissey Bay, from 3:00pm – 5:00pm, seven days a week.
Our cream teas feature a daily choice of freshly baked sweet and savoury scones. Sweet scones are served with locally made Boddingtons strawberry jam (jam first, of course!) and Cornish clotted cream, while savoury scones are paired with accompaniments tailored to their flavour.
We also cater for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets.
Evening Meals at Mevagissey Bay Hotel
Unwind with a delicious evening meal in our gorgeous dining room, available Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm – 7:30pm, exclusively for hotel residents.
Our carefully selected menu features seasonal, locally sourced dishes. Each dish highlights fresh flavours and comforting combinations, whether you’re enjoying a light starter, a hearty main or a dessert.
Dine in our beautifully styled dining room taking in stunning views across Mevagissey Bay. The atmosphere is relaxed — perfect for a special evening during your stay.

The Bar
Our light and airy bar with comfortable sofas and chairs has gorgeous views across Mevagissey Bay serves wines, spirits, ales, lagers, ciders and soft drinks as well as tea and coffee, many of which are locally sourced here in Cornwall.
The bar and terrace is open to residents from 3:00pm -10:00pm daily. Our fully licensed terrace is also open to non-residents from 3:00pm - 7:00pm daily.
